We require a credit card to book an appointment. We do not charge the card at the time of booking, but will charge 100% of the service fee in the event of a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours. The only exception to this rule is that if YOU contact us within 24 hours and to have someone fill the spot on YOUR end. Have a friend or family member to take your time slot. If you are a recurring client and cancel 2 appointments in a row, the rest of your scheduled appointments will be canceled. If you need to cancel your appointment please call the salon at (267) 752 - 5095! Texts, Emails, DMs, and voicemails do not suffice as a cancellation notice within the 24 hour period.
